Terms & Conditions — sjb66 Platform Rules and Player Obligations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "sjb66", "Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at sjb66.ws and through the sjb66 mobile application, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on sjb66 or who accesses any part of the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on sjb66, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their sjb66 account using a supported payment method such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or MCB.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or any non-deposited funds credited to a Player's account by sjb66 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds — or winnings derived therefrom — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process through which sjb66 may request documentation including a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or proof of payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional, and account management services made available by sjb66 through the website and mobile application.

By completing the sjb66 registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with sjb66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and sjb66 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sjb66 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. sjb66 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or access another player's account under any circumstances.

In the event you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sjb66 support immediately. sjb66 will investigate such reports and may temporarily freeze the account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number — this is strongly recommended for all accounts.
• Use a unique, strong password that is not reused across other websites or applications.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Do not store your credentials in an unsecured location accessible to others.

sjb66 reserves the right to lock or suspend an account where unusual login activity is detected by our fraud monitoring systems, pending satisfactory verification of the account holder's identity.

sjb66 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and MCB bank transfer. All account balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in PKR. sjb66 does not charge any currency conversion fees.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within the platform. sjb66 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your sjb66 wallet within seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or MCB are credited once funds are confirmed as cleared by the receiving account — typically within one to two hours during standard banking hours.
• Deposits made using payment methods in a name other than the registered account holder's name may be subject to additional verification before funds are credited.

sjb66 does not extend credit to Players. You may only bet with funds that are already present in your Real Money Balance. Any deposit that is found to have been made fraudulently — including through the use of stolen payment credentials — will result in immediate account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Withdrawal requests are processed by the sjb66 payments team during business hours. The majority of requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff are completed the same business day.

Before processing a first withdrawal — or any withdrawal above a defined threshold as determined by sjb66 — the Platform may require the Player to complete KYC verification by submitting the following:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Pakistani CNIC or passport).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing the registered name and mobile number).
• Any additional documentation that sjb66's compliance team deems necessary to satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. sjb66 reserves the right to use an alternative payment method where necessary.

sjb66 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) a withdrawal is flagged by fraud monitoring systems; (b) KYC documentation has not been provided; (c) the account is under investigation for suspected breach of these Terms; or (d) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Player with their payment provider.

sjb66 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives to new and existing Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time each offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific offer terms take precedence for that offer only.

• Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before Bonus Balance funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• sjb66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed by the Player.
• Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the specific product category (e.g., sports betting, slots, live casino) as stated in the offer terms, unless the offer is designated as unrestricted.

All bets and wagers placed on sjb66 — whether on cricket, other sports, live casino games, slot games, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules for that product category as published on the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet.

With respect to sports betting, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at sjb66's discretion — including in response to match incidents, data feed issues, or the detection of suspicious betting patterns.
• sjb66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently determined to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations, regardless of the outcome of that bet.
• Bets placed in error by sjb66 — including bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error — may be voided by sjb66 at its sole discretion.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per selection, per bet type, and per market. These limits are displayed where applicable within the betting interface.

With respect to casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel. sjb66 does not alter RNG outcomes and all games are subject to independent technical auditing.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on sjb66 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sjb66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to withhold or recover any balance derived from such conduct:

• Use of automated software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting or gaming software to interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Any agreement between two or more Players to coordinate bets, share game information in real time, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or opening an account on behalf of a third party.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to sjb66 after bets have been placed with those funds.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical malfunction in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using sjb66 for the purpose of laundering money or processing proceeds of criminal activity in any form.
• Match-fixing participation: Placing bets on events in which the Player has any knowledge of, or involvement in, any attempt to fix or manipulate the outcome.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to deliver the Services.

sjb66 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform or any part of the Services.
• Any loss of data, account balance, or betting history as a result of technical failure, provided reasonable backup procedures are in place.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing where such delay is caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Any decisions made by the Player in reliance on information or odds displayed on the platform that are subsequently found to have been erroneous.
• Any financial loss incurred through gambling on the platform, whether in connection with a bonus, a promotional offer, or standard real-money play.

Nothing in these Terms limits sjb66's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

Your continued use of the Services after any amendments have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 16.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sjb66's international gaming licence is issued.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and sjb66 relating to a bet settlement, account decision, or any other matter covered by these Terms, the following procedure applies:

sjb66 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and to provide a full resolution within 10 business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation — for example, involving a third-party payment provider — sjb66 will keep the Player informed of progress at regular intervals.

Players wishing to close their account permanently should contact support with a written request. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
